We want Nuzzelo products to be useful, safe, and enjoyable for everyday pet care. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and EU/UK withdrawal rights work.
Standard Return Window
For most orders, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, clean, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. Products may be tried indoors for fit, but items that show pet hair, odors, chewing, scratching, washing, outdoor wear, damage, or heavy use are not eligible for a standard return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Used, washed, chewed, scratched, damaged, or visibly worn pet products.
- Products with pet hair, stains, odors, or hygiene concerns.
- Final-sale, clearance, gift card, personalized, or custom items.
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Products not purchased directly from Nuzzelo.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our Contact Us page within the return window.
- Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
- Wait for return instructions before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, customs forms, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any carrier charges unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
- Inspection usually takes 3-5 business days after the return arrives.
- Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take another 5-10 business days to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
EU, EEA, and UK Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us through our Contact Us page within the 14-day period. You should return the eligible goods within 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw.
Unless we made an error or local law requires otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that they were sent back. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
